If you are a good communicator and comfortable talking with people, we think you could be a great Insurance Agent in our agency.

Primary responsibilities would include selling (home, auto, boat, off-road, condo, renters insurance, etc.) and servicing our insurance offerings to new and existing customers. Insurance experience is great, but not necessary to be successful in our agency! If you do have experience and are already successful, but want to take it to the next level, you can do that here too! Our top sales agents are making $100,000k+.

We provide hands on training along with a team concept of constant support. We know if you aren't successful, we aren't successful. Come join us at our newly renovated agency in Brooklyn Park at a prime location off 610/Zane Ave N. or our office on Main St in Rogers, MN. Like to golf? We have a golf simulator in our office too!

The Sniezek Group Agency is the largest Allstate Insurance agency in MN with plans to continue our growth. We have offices in Brooklyn Park, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove and Rogers.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $85000.00 per year

• Salary + Strong Commission Upside + Bonuses
• Uncapped commissions...the more you sell, the higher % you earn.

• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Maintain customer relationships with follow up phone calls, emails and face to face.
• Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services

• Willingness to learn and coachable.
• Exceptional communication skills on the phone and via email.

• We want you in the office in the beginning to learn from those around you, but it can transition to some remote capabilities.
• Insurance license. We will help you obtain.
